Cordelia's is a exceptional new 80-seater restaurant opening in the heart of Mayfair, built around exceptional produce, open-fire cooking and genuine hospitality.
- Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie, Grill Chef or Junior Sous Chef
- Strong experience cooking over charcoal grills and open-fire cooking methods
- Excellent knowledge of meat preparation, butchery cuts and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the grill section and overseeing service operations
- Expertly preparing and cooking premium cuts of meat over a charcoal grill
- Managing cooking temperatures, timings and consistency across all grill dishes
- Supporting, training and developing junior members of the kitchen team
- Working closely with senior chefs to maintain quality and operational standards
- Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, health & safety and allergen regulations
