- Preparing and cooking a variety of premium meat cuts over a charcoal grill
- Supporting the Grill Chef team during busy service periods
- Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation standards are maintained
- Assisting with the preparation and organisation of the grill section
- Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, health & safety and allergen regulations
Experience working with charcoal grills or open-fire cooking is desirable - Passion for high-quality ingredients and exceptional food
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop
