We're creating a vibrant dining destination where great food, expertly crafted drinks and memorable guest experiences come together, and we're looking for a passionate Junior Grill Chef to join our opening team.

Overview: Cordelia's is an exceptional new 80-seater restaurant opening in the heart of Mayfair, built around exceptional produce, open-fire cooking and genuine hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of premium meat cuts over a charcoal grill
  • Supporting the Grill Chef team during busy service periods
  • Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation standards are maintained
  • Assisting with the preparation and organisation of the grill section
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, health & safety and allergen regulations

Experience:

  • Working with charcoal grills or open-fire cooking is desirable
  • Passion for high-quality ingredients and exceptional food
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop
