Cordelia's Mayfair, a new 80-seat restaurant in Mayfair, Central London, is opening in October. We seek talented Chef de Partie to join our opening team and help set the standard for exceptional produce, open-fire cooking and hospitality.
You will run a designated section, prepare dishes to the highest standards, support junior chefs and maintain quality and food hygiene. Enjoy a generous package including 28 days leave, a 15% service charge, team meals and ongoing CPD training.
