Cordelia's Mayfair in Central London is opening an 80-seat restaurant built around open-fire cooking and exceptional produce.

We're seeking a passionate Junior Grill Chef to join our opening team and help deliver high standards across the grill station.

You will work alongside the Grill Chef team during busy service, focusing on quality, hygiene and presentation while learning every step of the grill.

Previous charcoal/open-fire experience is desirable, and a strong work ethic will help you grow
