Our client based in St are looking for a Personal Secretary to join their team.
The duties of the post are:
- Diary management β arranging meetings, accepting invites, collating papers etc.
- Mailbox management β categorising emails, creating a daily log of emails to be actioned.
- Records management β ensuring emails etc are appropriately saved on the Departmentβs record management system.
- Travel arrangements β booking flights and accommodation as required.
- Corporate governance β Liaison with OCMO regarding corporate returns such as finance etc.
Please note this is not an exhaustive list, but it gives a good indication of the main duties of the post. Additional duties supporting the administrative team within the Office of the Chief Medical Officer may arise according to business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs including maths and English (certificate proof required).
- 2 A levels.
Skills:
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and team skills.
- Previous experience of working with AccountNI would be useful.
Additional Information:
- Wage: To be discussed.
- Location: Stormont.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Contract Duration: Until December 2025.
- Work Pattern: 37 hours per week, 9am to 5pm.
