Overview
We’re Hiring: General Admin Assistant
Location: Knockbracken, Belfast
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week
Pay: £13.57 per hour
Join a fast-paced team supporting key operational areas across Uniform Services, Fleet, and Estate. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Admin support for procurement, distribution, and stock of uniforms
- Administrative duties for Fleet and Estate teams
- Handling telephone enquiries and general office tasks
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience at Higher Clerical Officer level
- 2 years’ experience in word processing
- 1 year’s experience using spreadsheets and databases
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English & Maths)
Plus 2 years’ experience at Higher Clerical Officer level.
