What You\’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team structures, technical skill requirements, and long-term hiring goals.
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract top-tier engineering talent, including software engineers, data scientists, DevOps professionals, and more.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from job postings and sourcing to candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Use sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche job boards, etc.) to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
