We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Advisor to join our amazing team in London on a temp basis for 3 months. Ideally with recruitment experience within the Media industry. You will come in and hit the ground running, recruiting across the business (London, Leeds and Amsterdam) as well as the different departments (Digital, Offline Media, Marketing, Finance, Data, Systems and SEO). We are going through a period of substantial growth; you will make an immediate impact by partnering with our Board Directors and Hiring Managers to ensure we are attracting the right talent to the ARM family.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Talent Acquisition in a fast paced and busy environment through a quality centric and tenacious approach.
  • Manage the selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Leverage all recruitment resources available to attract top talent and close roles quickly – ATS, LinkedIn, social media, referral incentives etc.
  • Utilise ATS to source candidates, manage candidate tracking and communications with hiring managers.
  • Recommend and implement creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive within the media industry.
  • Consistently develop and maintain a network of contacts and pipelines to help identify and source talent.
  • Screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews with all candidates to shortlist top talent, manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including making offers.
  • Manage exec day for London and Leeds, ensuring it’s successful and we’re hiring the right execs for entry level media roles across the business.
  • Deliver a great candidate experience from communications to closing the deal!

Requirements

  • Highly driven person, able to work under pressure to manage recruitment across our offices.
  • Thorough understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Passionate about people and attracting top talent aligned with ARM values.
  • Work closely with stakeholders - with the ability to challenge and guide senior management where necessary.
  • A problem solver with the ability to come up with solutions and innovative ways to source candidates in a competitive market.
  • Advocate for D&I - identify opportunities to source diverse talent pools.
  • Experience working with various candidate attraction methods to headhunt candidates directly such as LinkedIn and Job Boards.
  • Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn, Excel and generally tech savvy.
  • Identify and understand market trends – provide that insight to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Offline Media, Digital Media and Tech roles is highly desirable.
  • Right to work in the UK.
