Overview

The team is expanding and we are seeking a high-energy, proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global TA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across our GTM functions with a strong focus on supporting our Operations teams across our 16 businesses globally. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a heavy focus on direct sourcing and building high-quality talent pipelines. You will be a brand ambassador for Wireless Logic, ensuring every candidate experiences our culture of innovation and pace. In addition the Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the opportunity to supporting on a range of exciting projects to continuously develop and elevate the Talent Acquisition Team at Wireless Logic Group.

Your Daily Quest

  • End-to-End Recruitment & Delivery: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across Tech, Sales, Finance, and Operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a true business partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, defining \”what good looks like,\” and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
  • Interview Like a Pro: Partnering with hiring managers, you\’ll guide the interview process, ensuring it\’s a smooth and engaging experience for everyone involved.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a gold-standard candidate journey, from the first touchpoint through to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Track, Analyze, and Optimize: Maintain 100% data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse), tracking key recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and providing regular updates to hiring teams. Think data dashboards that tell a compelling story! A bonus if you have experience with AI adoption with tools like Brighthire, Open AI, etc.
  • Talent Acquisition Innovator: You\’re not just maintaining the status quo; you\’re a driver of innovation, constantly seeking new and creative ways to elevate our talent acquisition function. You\’ll lead exciting projects that push the boundaries of recruitment, from exploring cutting-edge technologies to implementing fresh and engaging strategies.
  • Global Compliance: Adhere to international data privacy and retention rules (GDPR, etc.) and ensure a fair, inclusive, and unbiased assessment process for all applicants.

The Secret Sauce

  • Demonstrates previous recruitment experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience within the Tech, SaaS, or Telco sectors.
  • Proven Sourcing Expert: A track record of successfully filling complex, niche roles through direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter is a must).
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of business priorities and the ability to translate \”hiring needs\” into \”commercial value.\”
  • Global Mindset: Experience recruiting across multiple geographies (UK, Europe, Asia & US) with a respectful understanding of different cultural nuances in hiring.
  • Resilience & Pace: A proactive, \”can-do\” attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
