This role is a Fixed Term Contract and offers hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
You will be joining the Consulting recruitment team based in London, primarily responsible for recruiting people into one of our biggest capabilities within our London office. You will be accountable for owning and delivering on our key initiatives including increasing direct hires and brand awareness in our markets by designing innovative attraction campaigns, LinkedIn direct sourcing and being an advocate for our employer brand both internally and externally.
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, you will be familiar with the market, experienced in designing sourcing strategies and come with a range of techniques and strong experience recruiting management consulting roles. An excellent communicator you will be confident in building positive relationships with your stakeholders, taking thorough briefs which, you are able to share with candidates. You will be responsible for managing your candidates ensuring they are kept engaged and informed throughout their experience.
Responsibilities
Work with your stakeholders to build a birds eye view of talent needs and work in partnership with the recruitment team and your hiring managers to develop a delivery strategy.
Design innovative sourcing strategies across online, offline and social channels to build the PA Consulting employer brand.
Be adept at direct sourcing passive candidates on Linked In
Act as a subject matter expert to key internal stakeholders to engage and influence consistent and effective recruitment processes.
Be data driven in your methods, with a firm understanding of how your recruitment metrics can be used to improve performance and lend you credibility with your stakeholders.
Deliver market insight and intelligence by keeping up with industry trends.
Be a champion of candidate experience, so that even unsuccessful candidates leave the process with a positive image of PA Consulting.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is experienced in the methods, tools and processes of recruitment with the ability to couple them with great communication and influencing skills. Ideally you will have:
Direct recruitment experience within Management Consulting in an in-house environment.
Be adept at direct sourcing passive candidates on Linked In.
Proven experienced in recruitment, selection and assessment tools/methods.
You will come with a diligent and motivated attitude. You will be target driven and a real self-starter.
Confident at managing relationships with diverse and challenging stakeholders.
Strong written and oral communication skills – ability to engage, influence and challenge business stakeholders.
High energy and personally resilient with the ability to manage competing demands in a complex, matrixed environment. You should have the ability to lead yourself through ambiguity and change, often in a fast-paced environment.
Great partnering and teaming skills – ability to support others in a collegiate working environment and build internal networks to solve problems.
