We’re seeking a strategic and passionate Senior Recruiter to lead our Early Careers hiring within the Tech space. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in tech recruitment and a deep understanding of graduate, intern, and apprenticeship programs. You’ll play a key role in shaping our early careers strategy, building strong relationships with universities and bootcamps, and ensuring we attract and nurture the next generation of tech talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for early careers roles in tech sales, including internships, graduate schemes, and apprenticeships.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce planning and future talent needs.
- Develop and execute attraction strategies, including school and university engagement, tech meetups, and online campaigns.
- Work with the Career Pathway Manager to develop / execute strategies for working with education establishments
- Build strong relationships with universities and student organizations.
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, including assessment centres and virtual hiring events.
- Ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support their development.

- GCSE A-C in English&Mathematics
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience
- Proven experience in early careers recruitment in the technology space
- Experience in recruiting for early career sales professions
- Experience designing and running assessment centres from inception to close.
