Galliford Try have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Resourcing Partner to join our Resourcing team. You will deliver end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles, working closely with hiring managers to attract and secure high quality talent. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will proactively source candidates, build strong and diverse pipelines, and support a direct hiring approach to reduce agency reliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to move into in-house recruitment, or to continue developing their career within a highly respected Tier 1 construction contractor.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and act as a key point of contact for recruitment advice and support
- Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and internal talent pools
- Screen candidates fairly and consistently, providing high-quality shortlists to support inclusive hiring decisions while championing inclusive recruitment practices
- Support employer branding activity, including careers events, university engagement, social media campaigns and referral programmes
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to support resource planning, strategic recruitment initiatives and continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on recruitment activity, using data to identify trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement
About You
- Experience of working in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging and influencing candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Working knowledge of recruitment tools and systems (e.g. Oracle or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) and a competent user of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK as required
