Overview
You will be a part of the resourcing team providing end to end direct recruitment support to our Head Office and Maintenance hiring managers.
The role will manage vacancies from brief to offer, including candidate attraction, screening and telephone interviews, using direct recruitment methods and working to agreed time to hire KPIs.
You will also assist managers throughout the business with recruitment tools and advice.
