We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team as our first team member based in Edinburgh! This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to grow their career in Talent Acquisition.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our efforts as we expand our team to meet the demands of our growing business. You will be responsible for ensuring a flawless and efficient recruitment process supporting both our Experienced-hire and University Recruiting teams, helping us delight top talent as they consider joining our team.
What You’ll Do
- Support onsite and virtual interviews and recruiting activities for our growing UK offices and beyond! Our expectation is that your work hours will be localised to the UK, with occasional meetings outside hours to connect with US and India hiring teams.
- Partner with a variety of recruiters and internal client groups to deliver the best candidate experience across both our experienced-hire and early-career hiring programs.
- Act as the sole point of contact for candidates’ scheduling needs, as well as onsite interview support in person.
- Book necessary candidate travel arrangements and coordinate candidate expense reimbursements.
- Build out, document, and maintain efficient and scalable hiring processes.
- Manage requisition details and data integrity in our Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems.
- Contribute to report generation as we measure and analyse the effectiveness of our hiring processes.
- Support regional and global hiring efforts by collaborating on Talent Acquisition branding projects and programs.
- Maintain job details and ensure data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse) and Workday.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and documentation of best practices and People Team processes.
Who You Are
- Prior experience in supporting a scaling, fast-paced, high-volume Recruiting and Human Resources department.
- Ability to problem-solve independently.
- Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, including the ability to articulate challenges.
- Poised, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
- Experience supporting global workforces across time zones.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, and Google Suite preferred.
