What you’ll do
- High-volume outreach and screening
- Conduct confident outbound calling to engage candidates
- Review CVs efficiently against essential criteria
- Run structured telephone screenings aligned to competency frameworks
- Assess availability, eligibility, and role suitability with consistency
- Interview and process coordination
- Book interviews quickly and accurately
- Ensure candidates and hiring managers are fully briefed
- Maintain process momentum and meet agreed SLAs
- Compliance and governance
- Complete right to work and documentation checks to required standards
- Request and chase references
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records within the ATS
- Flag risks or inconsistencies early
- Candidate experience and communication
- Write clear, inclusive job adverts
- Provide timely updates to candidates
- Deliver a professional, fair and transparent experience at every stage
- Data accuracy and performance tracking
- Keep the Applicant Tracking System fully up to date
- Work to KPIs and SLAs
- Support pipeline reporting and volume campaigns
- Share market feedback with the wider Talent and HR teams
