If you have thrived in customer service, compliance, or other high-activity roles, and you are confident on the phone, comfortable with targets, and enjoy owning a busy workload, you will feel at home here!

What you’ll do

  • High-volume outreach and screening
    • Conduct confident outbound calling to engage candidates
    • Review CVs efficiently against essential criteria
    • Run structured telephone screenings aligned to competency frameworks
    • Assess availability, eligibility, and role suitability with consistency
  • Interview and process coordination
    • Book interviews quickly and accurately
    • Ensure candidates and hiring managers are fully briefed
    • Maintain process momentum and meet agreed SLAs
  • Compliance and governance
    • Complete right to work and documentation checks to required standards
    • Request and chase references
    • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records within the ATS
    • Flag risks or inconsistencies early
  • Candidate experience and communication
    • Write clear, inclusive job adverts
    • Provide timely updates to candidates
    • Deliver a professional, fair and transparent experience at every stage
  • Data accuracy and performance tracking
    • Keep the Applicant Tracking System fully up to date
    • Work to KPIs and SLAs
    • Support pipeline reporting and volume campaigns
    • Share market feedback with the wider Talent and HR teams

  • Recruitment experience is welcome, but customer service or compliance experience with the right work ethic is equally valued
