Role Will Include
- Assist with managing PAYE vacancies across the full recruitment cycle including sourcing/advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and stakeholder management
- Proactive sourcing of talent to build and maintain talent pipelines of suitable candidates
- Recruit and select in line with job specifications and requirements
- Maintains processes and procedures relating to selection and recruitment, worker status and agencies in line with legislation
- Support with Ad-Hoc administrative duties
Experience
- Previous experience of recruitment, either in-house or with a recruitment agency
- Excellent communicating skills both face to face and over the telephone
- Ability to manage multiple workloads.
- IT Literate
- Good understanding of checking legal right to work in the UK, desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
