We are looking for a Tech Sourcer to help build the talent pipelines that will power Abound's Engineering, Data Science, AI and Credit Risk teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in their sourcing or recruitment career who is curious, proactive, and excited about finding exceptional technical talent. You will work closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers to ensure we are consistently bringing high-quality candidates into our hiring process.
What you will be doing:
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent
- Own proactive sourcing for engineering, data science, AI and credit risk roles across multiple pipelines
- Identify, engage, and nurture both active and passive candidates across the market
- Partner closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine search approaches
- Build and maintain strong, well-structured talent pipelines within our ATS (Ashby)
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to support hiring strategy and pipeline planning
- Track sourcing activity and provide insights on pipeline health, market trends, and conversion rates
- Contribute to improving sourcing processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies
Who you are:
- 2+ years experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar talent-focused role
- Proven experience sourcing for software engineering or technical roles
- Comfortable owning multiple pipelines simultaneously
- Strong understanding of how to find and engage passive technical talent
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve how you work and bring new ideas
- Data-aware, using insights to improve sourcing performance and decision-making
