We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 6-month contract (with the opportunity to extend further). This role will focus on managing different searches in Engineering, Data and Product, ensuring we continue to bring in top talent during a critical time. The role has an immediate start date.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for different roles: from executing attraction strategies, to interviewing, guiding candidates through the process, and managing the offer process.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage exceptional candidates around the world.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights into hiring progress.
- Facilitate structured, evidence-based hiring decisions, and promote consistent evaluation frameworks across functions.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a memorable and world-class experience throughout the hiring process.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience recruiting tech talent in high-growth tech environments.
- In-house or agency experience - you understand what great looks like in terms of systems, processes, and stakeholder management.
- Strong “TA craft”: you’re passionate about TA and delivering world-class processes & candidate experience, you’re not afraid to challenge and push back, and creative in how you assess and attract talent.
- Great communication and relationship-building skills - you can influence with confidence and care.
- Growth mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, always learning, and energized by doing hard things well.
- A collaborative, low-ego approach: you thrive in a team that’s candid, curious, and committed to learning together.
Location: You’re fluent in English and ready to work from London or Kyiv.
