As a Talent & Employee Experience Coordinator, you will support the Talent and Employee Experience team with administrative and coordination tasks that help deliver our initiatives and programs. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of activities, supporting events, and maintaining effective communication across our UK teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist the Talent & Employee Experience team with day-to-day administrative tasks and project support.
  • Help coordinate and support the delivery of training sessions, onboarding activities, and team events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Maintain and update our Learning Management System (YES Learning), including uploading content, managing data, and generating basic reports.
  • Support the scheduling and logistics for Talent, Learning & Development, Early Careers and Employee Experience activities.
  • Attend Early Careers fairs, events and workshops in London and Ipswich. Collect and organize feedback from participants after sessions, including surveys and evaluations.
  • Manage the Talent & Employee Experience inbox, calendar, and SharePoint site, ensuring timely responses and updates.
  • Assist with basic data collection and reporting related to talent development and employee experience initiatives.
  • Support communication efforts by helping with internal newsletters, updates, and awareness campaigns about programs and activities.
  • Work with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across HR, marketing, and communications to promote programs and share successes.

You will report into the Employee Experience Partner, UK & Lloyd’s.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally supporting HR, L&D, or Talent teams.
  • Enthusiasm for promoting an inclusive and positive employee experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing work accurately and efficiently.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, including MS Office and basic data management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Enthusiastic about developing new skills and contributing to team goals.
