As our Talent Acquisition Lead (Commercial), you won’t just be hiring; you’ll be building the team that builds the team. Reporting to the Global Director, Talent Acquisition and working hybrid in London, you will lead our Global commercial talent strategy, manage a squad of 3 recruiters, and act as a key strategic partner to our Regional VPs and Directors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Mentor: Manage and develop a team of Commercial TA Specialists and Partners. You’ll be responsible for their growth, performance, and workload balancing.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a high-level consultant to Commercial leadership. You’ll provide market intelligence, compensation trends, and capacity planning to ensure our hiring roadmap aligns with business needs.
- Process Architecture: Own the "Commercial Hiring Playbook." You will constantly refine our assessment frameworks, rubrics, and interviewer training to ensure we remain fast, fair, and high-signal.
- High-Impact Search: While you lead the team, you’ll also roll up your sleeves for "cornerstone" hires managing senior level searches across the org.
- Data-Driven Leadership: You’ll own the narrative of our Commercial hiring data. You won’t just report on hires; you’ll analyse funnel velocity, quality-of-hire metrics, and cost-per-hire to drive continuous improvement.
- Global Employer Brand: Partner with Marketing to position ComplyAdvantage as the top destination for Commercial talent through talks, advocacy, and targeted campaigns.
- DE&I Champion: Lead the charge on inclusive hiring. You’ll move beyond "top-of-funnel" diversity to ensure our entire selection process is equitable and removes systemic bias.

- Proven Leadership: 5+ years in Commercial recruiting, with at least 2+ years of experience managing people in a high-growth B2B SaaS or FinTech environment.
