We are seeking a proactive and experienced early careers recruiter to join our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team as an Early Careers Senior Specialist. Leading a small team of Early Careers specialist(s) and/or Coordinator(s), you will manage the delivery of the end-to-end early careers recruitment process supporting the hiring needs for one of our key service lines nationally.
You will work with a wide range of key internal stakeholders to deliver the RSM early careers recruitment strategy, ensuring an excellent experience to all involved within the hiring process including internal stakeholders and external applicants. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, undertaking multiple tasks and balancing several key priorities with varying deadlines.
You will manage and support applicants through every stage of the recruitment process, guiding those within your team to do the same, thus familiarity with mentoring, actively supporting colleagues and/or people supervision is required.
You’ll Make an Impact By:- Delivering the end-to-end early careers recruitment process for one of our service lines nationally, including forecasting, high volume candidate pipeline management, planning and facilitating virtual assessment centres, final stage interviews, lead assessor debriefs and managing the offer process.
- Effectively and accurately managing candidate pipelines throughout the recruitment process to ensure vacancies are filled promptly, reporting to the Early Careers Management team and other stakeholders as required.
- Partnering effectively with service line stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and providing them with timely updates on the status of their early careers hiring and the support you require from them throughout the recruitment campaign.
- Demonstrating an excellent knowledge of early careers recruitment processes, recruitment policies and best practice, educating the team, hiring managers and partners on assessment tools and legal obligations when necessary.
- Leading applicant debriefs with assessors to gain feedback, recording decisions and agreeing appropriate actions, advising hiring managers and partners on processes and associated guidance.
- Proactively identifying struggling pipelines and liaising with the Early Careers Attraction & Outreach team to agree priorities and strategic attraction activities, involving hiring managers and partners as required.
- Regularly and accurately updating RSM's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other records to enable real-time reporting for early careers and business updates.
- Making full use of the technology available and ensuring your team similarly utilise technology successfully to record candidate communications and key actions resulting in accurate reporting.
- Proven experience within a high-volume early careers recruitment role.
- Ideally experience of working within a professional services or partnership environment.
- Up to date knowledge and understanding of the ever-changing early careers market.
- Strong data management and reporting skills.
- Experience of managing a small team, coaching and supporting team members with professional development.
- Have the drive to embrace and fulfil team and individual goals and visions is vital.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages with an enthusiasm to learn and embrace new systems as required.
- A willingness to travel to events (occasional).
