Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process for business roles across go-to-market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Operations, Finance, People, and other cross-functional teams, delivering an exceptional experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Act as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, collaborating closely to define role requirements, develop clear position profiles, and align on hiring plans, priorities, and timelines.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract both active and passive candidates for business roles in competitive markets.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, effectively assessing, engaging, and closing top business talent.
- Drive an efficient, structured, and equitable interview process while continuously improving hiring workflows and candidate experience.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, candidate experience) and share insights with hiring managers and leadership on a regular cadence.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech company, with early-stage startup experience preferred.
- Proven success recruiting and closing candidates across business functions, including GTM, operations, and corporate roles.
- Strong ability to build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and interview teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting with experience using metrics to inform hiring decisions and process improvements.
- Experience recruiting for GTM teams in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Experience with Ashby ATS.
- Experience scaling business teams during periods of rapid growth.
