We’re looking for our 1st talent hire to own and scale hiring across Nevis. You’ll play a critical role in building the recruitment foundation of our organisation — hiring exceptional talent across a variety of foundational roles for Nevis. This is a hands‑on role as you’ll design and execute world‑class recruiting strategies, partner closely with the founders, and define Nevis’s talent brand. You won’t just fill roles — you’ll help us find the people who make the company.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Full Hiring Lifecycle: Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding — ensuring a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience.
- Build Technical Pipelines: Identify, attract, and engage top‑tier passive talent across engineering, AI, data, and product functions through creative sourcing and community engagement.
- Partner with Leadership: Collaborate closely with founders and hiring managers to understand growth goals and translate them into scalable recruitment strategies.
- Data Driven Decision Making: Use data to monitor pipeline health, optimize processes, and report on key metrics and hiring progress to leadership.
- Employer Brand Development: Shape and communicate Nevis’s story to the talent market — showcasing our mission, culture, and technology through events, content, and outreach.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, talent market movements, and emerging technologies to inform recruiting strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
About You
- Experience: 5–7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting, ideally within high‑growth startups and/or high‑caliber recruitment firms.
- Technical Depth: Strong track record recruiting for technical roles in the UK and/or European markets.
- Strategic Agility: Ability to build recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities while executing quickly and effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled in using recruiting analytics and KPIs to inform decisions, forecast needs, and drive process improvements.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to problem‑solving.
