Corpay is currently looking to hire a Global Talent Acquisition Manager within our Talent Acquisition team. This position falls under our Human Resources line of business and is located in London, UK on a hybrid schedule.
In this role, you will build a unified recruiting approach, strengthen global process discipline, and ensure alignment with Corpay's values, goals, and evolving talent needs. You’ll be responsible for developing your team’s capabilities while also demonstrating excellence as a hands-on recruiter, modelling best practices, leading complex requisitions, and driving operational excellence across regions.
In this hybrid leadership capacity, you will deliver measurable recruiting outcomes, create structure where needed, and guide the organization through international talent market complexities. You will lead the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies that support rapid growth, diversify our talent pipelines, and ensure transparent, data-driven decision-making.
As a coach, you will mentor recruiters, establish performance expectations, create tools and processes that drive consistency, and support professional development. As a player, you will directly manage high-impact searches, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance. You will report directly to the Global Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Sales and regularly collaborate with business stakeholders and human resources.
Responsibilities:- Leading global recruiting operations to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality hiring practices across all regions.
- Driving full-cycle recruitment for priority and senior-level roles to model best-in-class execution as a player-coach.
- Guiding a team of recruiters through coaching, mentorship, performance feedback, and capability development.
- Building global sourcing strategies that strengthen pipelines and diversify candidate pools.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand talent needs, workforce plans, and upcoming hiring priorities.
- Implementing standardized processes, tools, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Collaborating with HR, People Partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on hiring needs and compliance.
- Monitoring recruiting metrics and dashboards to track performance, identify gaps, and improve outcomes.
- Establishing strong relationships with internal clients through frequent communication, consultation, and expectations management.
- Enhancing the candidate experience by promoting transparent communication, timely feedback, and a high-touch approach.
- Ensuring global compliance with employment laws, internal hiring policies, and pay transparency requirements.
- Facilitating regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to drive operational excellence.
- Elevating employer brand initiatives by partnering with Marketing and regional leaders to increase visibility in key markets.
- Optimizing the use of recruiting technologies, ATS workflows, and automation to increase efficiency.
- Supporting strategic initiatives such as global expansions, critical talent mapping, and organizational redesign efforts.
- Maintaining deep knowledge of global talent markets, competitive trends, and innovative recruiting practices.
- Owning key projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership or player-coach capacity.
- Demonstrated success managing global or multi-regional recruiting strategies across diverse talent markets.
- Proven experience leading and developing recruiters through mentorship, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong track record of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates at various levels.
- Deep knowledge of international employment practices, compliance requirements, and hiring regulations (preferred experience across EMEA, APAC, or LATAM).
- Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies; experience optimizing workflows and reporting tools, Workday experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering directly with senior business leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment across geographically dispersed teams and leaders.
- High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with global teams.
