As a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in hiring the world-class technical talent that powers our semiconductor innovation. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle - from strategic sourcing and candidate engagement through to offer negotiation and onboarding - with a primary focus on building high-impact teams within our organisation.
Working within a collaborative, globally dispersed staffing team, you will also contribute to process optimisation initiatives that enhance our global hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of technical talent through proactive sourcing, networking, research, referrals, and partnerships with external search firms.
- Identify, attract, and engage niche specialists across semiconductor design, engineering, and related technical domains.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening, interviewing, offer strategy, and pre- and post-close candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance and support global hiring metrics.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft high-quality job descriptions, and align on recruitment strategy.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams across global sites to ensure alignment and a seamless hiring experience.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, communication workflows, and status updates to ensure smooth and timely progression of all hiring activities.
- Contribute to global staffing initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency, employer branding, and overall recruitment capability.
- In-house recruiting experience, ideally within technology, engineering, or semiconductor environments.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, project management, interviewing, and closing candidates for highly technical roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- High digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Hands-on experience using web-based applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional service to candidates and hiring teams.
