We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic recruiter to join our team of Resourcing Advisers. You will manage end-to-end Early Career recruitment for the Tax stream across multiple BDO offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our Tax stream
  • Build and maintain relationships with tax and HR stakeholders
  • Plan and facilitate assessment centres; chair decision meetings
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and use applicant tracking systems effectively
  • Attend and represent BDO at careers events, working in partnership with EC Marketing Specialists
  • Work closely with your EC Resourcing Coordinator to deliver high-quality service to candidates and stakeholders
  • Deliver best practice selection and assessment to ensure fair, consistent hiring decisions
  • Actively manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely filling of vacancies
  • Educate and advise the business on EC processes and timelines, acting as a trusted recruitment partner
  • Conduct recruitment season kick-off and debrief meetings to align strategy with business needs
  • Own and manage all recruitment data and ensure 100% accuracy in systems
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage, including feedback and communication
  • Liaise with HR Services and Professional Qualifications teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Contribute to EC team goals through project work and process improvement

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who:

  • Has experience managing high-volume recruitment or multiple programmes
  • Possesses strong knowledge and passion for the Early Careers landscape
  • Understands recruiting best practices, including process and pipeline management
  • Has excellent communication and presentation skills; confident engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Is highly organised, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage time independently
  • Builds strong relationships and influences stakeholders effectively
  • Uses data and reporting to support recruitment decisions
  • Demonstrates sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Is degree-educated (or equivalent) with experience in early careers, HR, or event management
  • Is proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ATS (Workday beneficial)
  • Maintains high professional standards and presentation
  • Ideally has experience in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Is within commutable distance to London (Baker Street) and willing to travel and work outside office hours when required
