As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across a range of complex, high-impact roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify, attract, assess, and secure exceptional talent in a highly competitive market. You will join a highly capable, high-performing Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in enabling the company’s growth strategy. This role requires pace, precision, resilience, and a data-driven mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for your assigned customer groups, from role briefing through to offer acceptance (roles will be complex, niche/safety-critical engineering, production/manufacturing).
- Proactively headhunt, source, and engage high-calibre candidates using a variety of channels and tools.
- Screen and assess candidates against technical capability, soft skills, leadership potential, and cultural alignment.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience in a demanding, fast-moving environment.
- Partner cross-functionally with colleagues in People Operations, Reward, and Finance to ensure smooth hiring outcomes.
- Lead offer management, including compensation discussions, negotiations, and closing candidates.
- Operate confidently in a KPI-driven environment, tracking and improving key hiring metrics such as time to offer, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
- Use recruitment data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Background
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, either in-house or agency-side.
- Prior exposure to hiring complex, technical, or specialist roles within engineering, manufacturing technology, or similarly demanding markets.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, scaling organisation with evolving priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management capability, with the confidence to challenge and influence when required.
Tools & Technology
- Confident user of modern ATS platforms; experience with Ashby is advantageous.
- Exposure to AI-enabled recruitment tools such as Metaview and LinkedIn AI Sourcing Assistant is highly desirable.
- Comfortable leveraging technology and data to increase efficiency and hiring quality.
