Recruiting tomorrow's Army today. Be the best to support the best! You will take responsibility for delivering attraction and recruiting activities in Brighton. You will provide exceptional customer focus and a positive attitude to professionally overcoming challenges. In addition to requiring a high standard of verbal and written communication skills, the role involves motivating team members whose performance is measured against a number of targets. This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, office based.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading and supporting candidates through a tailored recruitment journey, including interviews and career guidance.
  • Organising and representing at attraction events, promoting Army careers to schools and communities.
  • Leading and motivating a small team of recruiters to meet performance targets.
  • Analysing recruitment data and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Staying informed on market trends and using social media to attract and engage candidates.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge/experience of recruitment processes.
  • A self-starter, with a driven and motivated attitude.
  • Experienced in working to set targets.
  • Strong negotiator with people influencing skills.
  • Flexible work attitude and willingness to travel to meet the needs of the business.

  • UK driver's licence would be an advantage.
