CORD Café by Le Cordon Bleu is a high-end, Parisian-style café, seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Café Manager to lead our flagship venue on Fleet Street in Central London.

The Café Manager plays a critical role in the success of CORD café, overseeing all aspects of daily operations. This position requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about artisan coffee, quality food, and delivering warm yet professional customer service.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the café
  • Ensure fast, friendly, and personalised service always
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and enhance the café’s reputation
  • Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality at all times
  • Work closely with chefs and bakers on seasonal promotions and new product launches
  • Follow up the annual café events calendar on a monthly basis
  • Recruit, train, and develop café service team members
  • Deliver regular product knowledge and service training to the team
  • Train staff on drinks preparation and the correct use of coffee equipment
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Support human resource objectives in collaboration with the General Manager

Proven experience as a Café Manager in an artisan or premium café environment (essential). Passion for quality coffee, food, and customer experience. Strong commercial awareness and operational discipline.
