The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the overall performance of the restaurant, leading day-to-day operations in close collaboration with the General Manager and Executive Chef. You will play a pivotal role in positioning CORD as one of the City’s premier dining destinations, with a clear ambition to achieve and sustain prestigious accolades, including Michelin recognition.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences
  • Driving financial performance through strategic planning, budgeting, cost control, and revenue-growth initiatives
  • Upholding the highest standards of service, presentation, and attention to detail
  • Building strong guest relationships and fostering loyalty and repeat business
  • Developing and implementing staff training, performance management, and people-development strategies
  • Overseeing purchasing, inventory control, and compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements
