Essential Job Functions

  • To achieve revenue and profit targets as set and defined by Management.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key customer stakeholders.
  • Drive and promote the awareness of LivaNova HV products to develop new business and achieve company objectives.
  • Understand funding pathways in each target account and develop strategies to access funding for Corcym products in each account.
  • Develop and actively maintain in-depth technical understanding of HV, to enable effective in-theatre support, programming and product demonstrations.
  • Effective ongoing communication with all relevant customer contacts and internal colleagues to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Formulate Territory Business Plan, including set objectives and strategies for each account, in line with the Divisional Business Plan.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in the preparation of contracts, tenders and competitive bids in own territory area.
  • Be competent in the understanding and delivery of the appropriate training packages to customers, and the ongoing maintenance of training requirements.
  • Maintain an awareness of sales, market intelligence and other developments amongst competitors, passing relevant information to the appropriate company staff.
  • Accurately complete all sales reporting, projections, forecasts and management reports in line with company policy.
