The role:
This role is varied with a demanding workload, involving plenty of client liaison so you will need to enjoy juggling a busy day!
Key Responsibilities
- Having responsibility for the day-to-day management of your client team
- Prioritising and coordinating team duties to ensure completion in line with client SLAs
- Managing cases throughout the entire legal process, in line with client requirements
- Supporting the wider team with calls when required
- Managing service delivery as the first point of contact
- Process management and reviews
- Reporting and invoicing
- Meeting team financial targets
- Client management / Meetings
- Demonstrates Debt Recovery and Legal Knowledge
- Leadership and people skills
- Competency with IT systems - to manage a volume caseload through highly automated processes
- Excellent time and diary management
- Experience with meeting court deadlines
- Working to FCA guidelines/standards and ensuring team compliance

The hours:
As a department we are committed to providing a service to our clients between the hours of 8am to 8pm on Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm on a Friday and 9am to 1pm on a Saturday. This Team Co-ordinator role will involve working the following hours: 9:00am - 5.30pm Monday – Thursday 9:00am - 5.00pm on Friday. There will be additional availability to provide telephone/remote support to the team within the department hours on rotation. Supervision on a Saturday shift of 9:00am -1:00pm may be required on rotation.
