We’re looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Team Co‑ordinator to join our growing Reddens team. The Role
This is a hands‑on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in managing client relationships, overseeing team delivery, and ensuring cases progress smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day‑to‑day running of your team
- Managing a busy caseload throughout the legal process
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients
- Ensuring work is delivered in line with SLAs and deadlines
- Supporting team performance and hitting financial targets
- Attending client meetings and building strong relationships
- Managing reporting, invoicing and process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines and internal standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Experience working in a high-volume, process-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Exposure to legal, debt recovery, or regulated environments (beneficial, not essential)
Working hours
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Occasional Saturday (9:00 am – 1:00 pm) on a rota basis
We operate extended service hours, so some flexibility is required to support the wider team when needed.
