The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Term time only, 37 hours per week. Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.00pm Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Help lead and strengthen day‑to‑day SENd provision.
- Use expertise to design, construct and deliver bespoke learning opportunities that meet individual needs.
- Provide targeted interventions, adaptive in‑class strategies and personalised programmes to re‑engage learners and build independence.
- Support students with challenging behaviour, non‑compliance or dysregulation while maintaining high expectations.
- Coordinate and model excellent practice across the team.
