Responsibilities
- Manage challenging behaviour effectively, using positive behaviour strategies.
- Demonstrate resilience in high-pressure situations.
- Support students when they are not at their best, using excellent interpersonal skills.
- Act as an integral part in students' lives at Corby Business Academy.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or raising children.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patient and confident.
- Committed individual able to support students in challenging situations.
