We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our dedicated school team. This is a key role at the heart of our daily operations, providing high-quality administrative and organisational support that helps our school run smoothly and efficiently.

This role would suit a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional commitment, and can be relied upon to follow through on commitments and deliver outcomes to a high standard.

You will respond to support requests within agreed timeframes, analyse data, and produce accurate reports that inform decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing routine forms and returns
  • Liaising professionally with parents, students, staff and external agencies
  • Supporting the organisation of meetings, visits and events
  • Contributing to the development of effective administrative systems
  • Undertaking a range of IT-based tasks
  • Supporting HR administration as required

Confidentiality, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. You’ll be confident using advanced IT packages, able to prioritise a varied workload, and committed to delivering a high standard of service.

You will also support reception duties and assist with the operation of our management information system. This role requires supporting school events after 3:00pm such as parents’ evenings, proms and other activities. The job holder will be expected to undertake first aid training and MIDAS training.

The Operations Department is the backbone of the school, ensuring that every aspect of daily life runs efficiently and smoothly. Comprising seven dedicated professionals, the team brings together a diverse range of skills and responsibilities that support both staff and students.
