Our team at Corbrook Park are looking to recruit a friendly and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to assist with delivering quality meals to our residents in the care home. Responsibilities of the Kitchen Assistant:
- Taking an active role in supporting the Chef with the preparation and delivery of meals for residents.
- Preparing fresh ingredients for various meals.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen area that adheres to both Health and Safety regulations and the exemplary standards of the home.
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
- Cleaning all crockery, cutlery and food preparation equipment.
- Assisting in the preparation of meals for service.
- Preparing food and ingredients for service.
