Are you an organized and detail-oriented HR professional with excellent administrative and payroll skills? We're looking for an enthusiastic
HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our HR team at Corbenic Camphill Community.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll coordinate a wide range of HR and payroll activities, supporting employees and volunteers throughout their journey with Corbenic.
Working closely with the HR Partner, you'll help ensure our HR and payroll processes run efficiently, accurately and in line with employment legislation and organisational policies.
About the Role
As our HR & Payroll Coordinator, you'll coordinate and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, volunteering, compliance and HR reporting.
Your responsibilities will include
- Coordinating recruitment campaigns, interviews and onboarding for employees and volunteers.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate HR and payroll records.
- Coordinating the monthly payroll process, including salary calculations, contractual changes and pension administration.
- Calculating salary placements, annual leave entitlements, pay awards and contractual amendments.
- Producing payroll reports, spreadsheets and HR management information.
- Supporting Right to Work checks, PVGs, visa administration and HR compliance.
- Maintaining HR systems and ensuring employee records remain accurate and up to date.
- Providing advice and support to managers, employees and volunteers on HR and payroll matters.
About You
You'll be someone who
- Has previous experience in HR administration and payroll.
- Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Is confident working with payroll data, spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Enjoys working collaboratively and building positive working relationships.
A CIPD qualification, recognised payroll qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and experience of HR and payroll systems would be advantageous.
