About Corbel Solutions
At Corbel Solutions, we’re more than just an IT support company – we’re a team of people who genuinely care. About our clients, about doing things right, and about each other. We believe in building long-term relationships, not just fixing short-term problems. Our Sales Support Administrator plays a key role in making that happen – by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and ensuring our clients always feel looked after.
The Role
As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll be the engine room of our sales operations. You’ll work closely with our Head of Account Management and Technical Team, to make sure quotes go out on time, orders are tracked, and customers are followed up with care. You’ll be the kind of person who spots the details others miss, keeps things moving, and brings a calm, can‑do attitude to a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Renewals: Keeping on top of contract and service renewals, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Quoting: Preparing accurate, timely quotes that reflect our commitment to transparency and value.
- Purchase Orders: Processing POs efficiently and tracking them through to delivery.
- Ticket Logging: Logging post‑sales and presales tickets to ensure smooth handovers to our technical team.
- Customer Follow‑Up: Checking in with clients after installs, via phone.
- Invoicing: Managing day‑to‑day invoicing and supporting first‑of‑the‑month billing cycles.
- CRM Updates: Keeping our CRM system up to date with accurate customer information and notes.
- Call Handling: Answering the Sales and General lines with professionalism and warmth.
- Proposal Creation: Creating and formatting proposals that are clear, compelling, and on‑brand.
- Meeting Prep: Gathering the right information to help our team walk into meetings fully prepared.
- Logistics: Sending and tracking DHL orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Cyber Security Tools: Supporting tasks related to cyber security platforms, in regard to initial set up.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a sales support or admin role, ideally in an IT or tech environment (not essential however).
- Strong organisation skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Excel, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive mindset – you don’t wait to be asked, you just get stuck in.
- A team player who’s happy to help wherever needed.
What You’ll Get
- A supportive, down‑to‑earth team that values your input.
- Opportunities to grow and develop your skills.
- A company that genuinely cares about its people and clients.
- 20 days annual leave plus public holidays. After 3 years of continuous employment, employees receive 1 additional day of holiday, with a further extra day added each subsequent year, up to a maximum of 5 additional days.
- Christmas Close Down
- From £25,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience)
Why Corbel?

If you’re someone who takes pride in doing things properly, enjoys being part of a close‑knit team, and wants to make a real difference behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
