A multi-asset class quantitative investment group with 80 employees across New York, Chicago, California and London is looking for a motivated professional to join their Finance team in London.
The successful applicant will support month-end close and management accounts for the firm's trading entities. You’ll also work on process improvements and development projects, gaining broad exposure across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and validate daily trading P&Ls and NAVs
- Price portfolios and capture trading fees
- Support month-end close, tax analysis, audits, and management accounts
- Maintain accruals and prepayment schedules
- Drive improvements in processes and controls
Requirements
- 1–2 years of product control experience within a trading environment
- Understanding and interest of core liquid products and how they are traded – cash equities, equity swaps, FX (spot, forwards), listed equity options, bonds, futures, ETFs, ADRs
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
