The Role:

Reporting into the Head of Global Brand Activation & UK Brand Manager, the primary focus of this role (~85%) is to support the development, delivery and evaluation of Global Brand Activation projects – principally The Coravin Guide and The Coravin Sommelier Summit. In addition, the secondary focus (~15%) responsible for global digital trade marketing website and communications in line with global brand and communication strategy for this part of the role you have a dotted line into our Senior Director of Global Marketing.

Global Brand Activation Responsibilities:

  • The Coravin Guide

Work with Head of Global Activation to continue to develop and deliver success vs KPI’s for major long-term experiential activation program ‘The Coravin Guide’ – including:

  • Help to deliver Guide expansion into new markets, including assisting with development of project playbook for distributor partners, planning and execution of launch events and on-going Guide promotional activity
  • Assist with development and execution of Coravin Guide Bi-Monthly Activations to include remote menu-based activations as well as working directly with venues / sommeliers to host in-venue activations
  • Assist with development of Consumer & Trade communications including emailers, organic social media and PR
  • The Coravin Sommelier Summit

Assist with the development and execution of the new ‘Sommelier Summit’ concept – aiming to execute in ~3-4 markets in 2026 from May 26 Work with Head of Global Activation and cross-functional teams to support development of agenda as well as organisational elements such as venue analysis and bookings, creation and production of support materials

Global Digital Trade Marketing Responsibilities:

Work alongside Senior Director of Global Marketing and cross-functional internal and external agency teams to drive development of:

  • B2B Trade Portal – Redesign and on-going maintenance of Coravin’s trade facing website to ensure platform and assets are up to date and optimal
  • Trade communications – Develop and deliver email calendar, SMS / Whatsapp communication groups & run annual communication calendar

Skills Required:

  • Understanding and experience working with all key elements of the trade and consumer marketing mix, with experience working with / within hospitality and on premise considered essential
  • Ability to execute marketing programs and in particular events to a high standard in alignment with core brand values and global marketing goals
  • Organizational skills - the ability to manage multiple project streams, prioritizing and delivering according to critical deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills – the ability to develop effective ways of working with internal and external stakeholders cross-functionally as well as across multiple markets
  • Analytical and Reporting skills to ensure effective tracking of performance and on-going optimization of marketing activities
  • Numeracy and budgeting skills to ensure effective budgeting and commercial reporting

Drinks / Wine Industry Experience:

An understanding of the drinks / wine industry essential, ideally accompanied by a level of knowledge and passion for the wine industry

Cultural Sensitivity & Global Market Understanding:

Awareness of and sensitivity to local market dynamics and consumer preferences in different regions

Experience & Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level with minimum 4+ years in marketing roles
  • Experience working within the drinks / wine industry with an understanding of on premise and retail landscape
  • Experience in integrated campaign management
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office – outlook, excel, word, power point.
  • Collaboration & Communication Tools – Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Slack and SharePoint and Monday for internal communication and document management
  • Fluent in English – other languages considered a bonus
  • Right to work in UK
  • Remote working but with regular travel to London for meetings and events (variable but approximately once per week)
