We’re hiring a Recruiter to help scale our go-to-market (GTM) organization, with a primary focus on building and hiring high-performing sales teams. This is a hybrid role based in London, working closely with sales leadership and the broader recruiting team. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for sales and GTM roles, from top-of-funnel sourcing through offer close, while managing multiple searches in parallel across several offices.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively source Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Channel Managers to build and maintain strong hiring pipelines
- Own full-cycle recruiting for AE roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing
- Manage multiple GTM roles simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within the ATS
- Support hiring across multiple locations, including the California Bay Area, London, Utah, Arizona, and New York
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and pipeline health
Requirements
- Comfortable operating in a high-paced environment with clear performance expectations
- Proven ability to close at least two hires per month consistently
- Comfortable carrying and delivering against a quarterly hiring quota
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
- Prior experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Channel, Customer-facing teams)
