Coram is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our small established team to support the charity by ensuring our buildings remain in good repair and uphold an excellent standard of health and safety for staff and visitors.
You will assist our Estates Manager with maintenance of Coram's buildings and grounds, monitor workload distribution among the facilities team, log and allocate work requests, deliver day-to-day repairs, oversee contractors on site, and carry out regular checks.
