- We are looking for a Software Engineer Team Lead to guide a talented team in building and evolving our Data pipeline team
- This team develops modern, cloud-native production systems that process terabytes of data daily
- This role will be at least 50% hands on

Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience
- Experience with kafka
- Experience using ClickHouse in production- an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
- At least 2 years of experience developing and operating Rust-based systems in production-MUST
- Experience working on data-intensive applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
