Reporting to the Corporate Wellness Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support for the successful delivery of the Corporate Wellness Program. This includes implementing initiatives for new and existing clients, coordinating wellness activities and events, administering surveys, supporting online wellness programs, and assisting with related projects to ensure the program runs efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute client information packages, including the ordering of printed materials, brochures, and promotional collateral
- Lead or support new client implementation sessions in accordance with established procedures
- Serve as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of key Wellness Clients, ensuring regular communication, proactive follow-up, issue resolution, and strong client relationships
- Escalate client concerns or program issues to senior management in a timely manner
- Implement key wellness activities (presentations, workshops, and events) defined in each client program; this includes coordinating people, inventory, event setup, and breakdown
- Maintain client action plans, event schedules, inventory, and reporting timelines to support program goals
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, and data analyses for clients and senior management
- Conduct employee and client surveys to evaluate program effectiveness and identify enhancements, ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Track and report on program utilisation and outcomes to assess performance and demonstrate value
- Provide monthly reports and performance updates for review by the Corporate Wellness leadership team
- Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and consultants to support client programs and ensure service excellence
- Ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of all company and client data
- Perform administrative tasks, participate in meetings, and complete in-person deliveries as needed to ensure smooth and efficient program operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 3+ years of experience in the health or wellness industry
- Certificate in Fitness and Nutrition, with a strong passion for health and wellness
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills are essential
- Technologically savvy and quick to learn new applications (training provided on Virgin Pulse, Polar BodyAge, and Survey Monkey)
- Exceptional customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to client needs, including occasional evenings and weekends
