JOB DESCRIPTION
- Dealing with front line technical issues for the customers.
- General machine repair.
- Machine refills and ticket replenishment.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining high levels of presentation in the area.
- Working as part of a team in a customer facing environment.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Passionate.
- Confident.
- Reliable individuals, who strive to go the extra mile whilst working as part of a successful team, and who can deliver the best in customer service.
- A technical background is desirable for this role, but full training will be given.
