About the Role
As a Senior Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our kitchen, supporting the management team and helping to deliver consistently high standards of food quality, service and hygiene.
We prepare our food fresh on-site using high-quality ingredients and modern kitchen equipment, giving you everything you need to produce food you can be proud of.
- Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality food to company standards.
- Support the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Lead by example and help supervise the kitchen team during service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
- Ensure excellent food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Assist with stock control, food preparation and kitchen organisation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider catering team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who is
- Passionate about producing high-quality food.
- Organised and able to perform under pressure. A confident team player with strong leadership skills.
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Positive, reliable and motivated to support and develop others.
- Experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential.
