Coral Island is one of the top food and beverage destinations in Blackpool, featuring a family‑friendly 300‑seater bar and restaurant, a vibrant new food outlet, a bar and grill, and three fish and chip shops. We are a quality‑focused operator with a passion for excellent customer service, always aiming to give our guests a fantastic experience.
We are currently looking for a Prep Chef to take responsibility for preparing food for our staff team. All of our food is freshly made on site. Our kitchens are equipped with top‑of‑the‑line equipment, and we take pride in using only the best ingredients.
Job Description:- Preparing and serving daily meals for staff.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
- Ensure high food hygiene and safety standards.
- Help prepare food.
- Excellent working conditions.
- Full induction and training.
- Uniform provided.
- Free meals during your shift.
- Free social events throughout the year.
- Free minibus service (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the season).
Rate of Pay: £14.00 per hour
