We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Buccaneer Bar & Restaurant team and help make all guests' experience a standout. If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment, this could be your next adventure!
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain excellent performance and teamwork.
- Monitor stock levels, reduce waste.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared and served according to company standards and licensing regulations.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards throughout the bar area.
- Support the management team in achieving sales targets and improving bar profitability.
- Conduct cash handling procedures, end-of-shift reconciliations, and accurate record keeping.
- Organise breaks.
